Q.How to order toys from your shop ?
A. It is very easy. First, browse through our web site, look for the items you wish to buy, and then add into the shopping cart. You can add as many items as you want. Eventually, you may checkout and fill in your personal contact details on our order form. At this stage, you do not require to make payment.
After we have received your order, we will calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the items and we will email the grand total to you. You can then make payment to us. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express,and Discover.

Q. I want to place an order, but would like to know how much shipping is going to cost first.
A. Don't worry, you can always order the items first, we won't charge you right after you have submitted your order. Instead, we will calculate the total shipping cost after your order has been received. We will send you an order confirmation email stated the total shipping costs you have to pay. You can then decide to make payment or cancel your order (if you are unsatisfied with the shipping cost).

Q. Can I ship to the address other than my residential address ?
A. If you are paying using credit card, we will only ship to the credit card billing address, if the credit card billing address is different from the shipping address, we will not processing the order. This is to reduce the risk that the buyer is using a stolen credit card. However, this problem can be resolved by choosing other paying methods such as Western Union, Bidpay or cash in registered mail other than credit cards.

Q. I want to save money by having you ship my order surface (sea) mail.
A. That's a bad idea. We have found that although surface mail is considerably less expensive than other shipping options, the postal services of the world are just too rough on packages shipped by boat. Items frequently arrive with moderate to severe crush damage. We strongly recommend against the use of surface mail. However, if you insist to use this shipping method for cost saving, we are always happy to help you.
Because of the frequency of damage to surface mail shipments, we will not be responsible for claims of loss or damage on surface shipments. Please, carefully consider these risks before you request surface shipping!

Q.Can I cancel or modify my order after I submit it ?
A. Yes, you can cancel your order by sending us an email stated your order number and items that you have ordered. However, you can only cancel your order before making payment. We are unable to cancel or modify your order after we have received your payment.

Q.Will you send me an order confirmation ?
A. Yes, we'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping costs you have to pay. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price.

A. At this moment, we are using EMS(Express Mail Service), which is the fastest way and costs effective way. This shipping method includes the parcel tracking service. Q. How long will it take for my order to reach me ?
A. By using EMS(Express Mail Service), you can receive you items from 5 - 8 business days. Keep in mind that this is the amount of time it takes after we have received your payment, not after the time you place your order.
For credit card payment customers. Once you have entered your credit card details on our secure payment page, it will takes 24 hours for your credit card verifications. After your card has been veryfied, we will ship your order.
