Xl-Shop.com respects your personal information. Your information is confidential as we will never disclose any personal information you provide us (such as your name, shipping address, e-mail address or telephone number), or any information related to your purchase history with us to any third parties such as marketing companies.

However, we reserved the rights to reveal your your information for cases where we comply with a lawful demand for information by law enforcement authorities, or attempt to secure relief in cases of customer fraud (such as credit card "chargebacks").

 

Payments
XL-Shop.com recommends payments by credit card for reasons of speed, convenience and safety. 2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of XL-SHOP and also PAYPAL, the most popular way to electronically pay for online purchase. They are using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with encryption, meaning that your credit card details will be encrypted and protected.

For security purposes, we will only ship to the credit card billing address, if the credit card billing address is different from the shipping address, we will not processing the order. This is to reduce the risk that the buyer is using a stolen credit card. However, if you do not own a credit card, we also provide other payment methods such as Western Union Money Trasnfer, Bank Wire Money Transfer and so on. For details of alternative payment methods, please refer to our Payment Methods page.

Please be noted that for the transactions with large amount (eg. More than US$500), XL-Shop will not accept credit card payment as there will be a high possibilities of credit card "chargeback". As such, we will arrange other payment methods. Please do no hesitate to contact us if your order amount are greater.

 

Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our goal. We always accept requests to return saleable-condition merchandise for any reason if made within 10 days of its delivery to you. "Saleable"- means the item is in new condition, in its original carton or packaging with all parts present, that it's packed exactly as packed by the manufacturer, and there is no damage to the outer package.

We inspect your orders prior to shipment. If there is a demand for a refund or return, you must send an e-mail to sales@xl-shop.com, indicating the reason for your return along with your order number, amount and date of purchase.

Please be noted that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return items if it was not due to our error. We will refund your shipping cost if return was due to our error.

Please send us email after you send us the return package and we will refund you the full shipping cost to your credit card.All claims for returns or refunds due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 10 days of its delivery to you. We reserve the right to reject any claims of returns or refund in cases of obvious user abuse.

You MUST always consult with us (by contacting sales@xl-shop.com) for our instructions before returning any merchandise, regardless of the reason.

 

Shipping
For secutiry reason, we ship our orders using EMS(Express Postal Server) offered by POS Laju Malaysia. EMS shipping provide tracking number which you can use to trace your packet during shipment. The shipping rate is calculated by weight. Shipping costs will be calculated to you in an e-mail before your payment is made, hence, you do not have to worry about any hidden charges.

By using EMS(Express Mail Service), you can receive you items from 5 - 8 days. Keep in mind that this is the amount of time it takes after we have received your payment, not after the time you place your order. For credit card payment customers. Once you have entered your credit card details on our secure payment page, it will takes 24 hours for your credit card verifications.

After your card has been veryfied, we will ship your order. Please keep in mind that (5 - 8 days) are the usual amount of time it takes and packages can be delayed for any number of reasons or depends on your countries (Eg, South America countries will take longer). As such, please do allow some buffer time for your package to reach you. If you have waited that long (at least double the maximum amount of time shown above), and you still have no packge, please contact us immediately and we will check it out for you. Our records show that our customers do not experience any missing packages since EMS provide tracking number with tracing capabilities.

Alternatively, if you would like to save your shipping charges, you can choose surface shipping, however, due to the frequency of damage to surface mail shipments, we will not be responsible for claims of loss or damage on surface shipments. Please, carefully consider these risks before you request surface shipping.
