Hi there Guys... decided to start a SW Collectors Union in XL forum... I am doing this so that SW fans can come in and post their new sightings, talk about their collections and etc. You can post your name, describe a little about your collection and fire at will!

I have made a Union Tag for members to include it under their sig, but it is OPTIONAL ONLY(No Forcing) If you have better tag designs, feel free to contribute and we can always change the union tag for a better one

I will kick start...

Started collecting SW toys about 1&half year ago. My 1st SW toy was Kenner's Princess Leia in Jabba's Slave Outfit. During that time I bought it together with Lando Calrissian in Skiff disguise(Kenner) and also Luke in Hoth Gear(SAGA 2002)

Didn't really like SW, but somehow got into it, probably after forumer TMAN's constant poisoning

After that I often buy from ebay, XL, and other toy shops in KL/PJ... sort of hunting I would say. There were some conning incidents in ebay that has reduced my interest of buying online, since I can't stand people cheating just to get their goods sold, for example, selling very expensive but gives you BIB stuff, all the while claiming it to to MIB.

Anyhow, my biggest collection would be the Hasbro 3.75 line, also have some vehicles... collection is not complete, but with Hasbro repacking and rehashing figures, I am slowly shifting to more "collector's" items like Kotobukiya/ Sideshow series.

My biggest wish: Stop buying Hasbro 3.75 lines and move on to other SW collectibles which are more worthwhile.( but its hard to quit the Hasbro 3.75 inch line)

My SW passion: Clone troopers and Jedis... Still building my clone trooper army.

My SW toy wish list: Plenty.... but looking forward to SideShow's Obiwan Kenobi and Qui Gonn... Hopefully they will make Darth Vader and clones soon!

All the while not dare to touch SW, coz knew it got a damn wide range of categories in the market.
I start SW collection right before SW episode 3 on the cinema.
Probably 3 months before that. Suddenly become crazy on it.
First SW is master replica light saber (Darth Vader episode 4).
Then started to get anything related to SW,
especially Darth Vader and all the troopers.
Get medicom Darth Vader as well as Storm Trooper.
( but really fed up after all those re-issue, re-stock, re-pack until no value at all in the market )
Then 3 3/4 figure buy, lego buy, serious look buy, funny look buy, cute look buy, key chain buy, cup cover buy, everything lo..u guys should know.

My biggest wish: Sell out all my SW..hehehe. Collecting medicom line figure but really scare already. Eyes on Slideshow now.

My SW passion: Can't seems to find it nowadays. Help~!!!

as for me i am not a die hard fan of SW but i collect a little,i don mind about the brand just collect 3.75 only. now still lookfor old boba fett got most of the sw3 figures coz i think the clone trooper rocks.

I collect spawn de....but but but...nothing more black and shiny than the Darth Vader.

I brought the helmet,the 500th darth vader collection(multi-atriculation),anakin shift to darth vader. And yeah!!!!Rm9.90 for return of the jedi,Luke Skywalker.

Beside..i saw tat Princess Leai with Jabba only Rm9.90.Wasai...cheap bargain at carrefour during the STAR WARS parade.

Wat i wish to buy now:
Stormtrooper,some places, if HASBRO produce Republic Commando i sure buy 4 of them.

Currently constructing own light saber with bicycle handle and couple of neon lights.I failed.....sob sob....How to get long red neon!!!!!crazeee...

I became aware of Star Wars collectibles after Episode II.

On one fine day, my friend and I paddled to Jusco which is situated nearby our home.

When visiting the toys department, we encountered a shelf packed with Star Wars merchandise.

The first thing which caught my eyes is the Star Wars Unleashed.

There were only 2 of them back then; Darth Sidious and Jango Fett.

Instantly, I was attracted to Jango Fett and bought it without any hesitation.

I can’t tell why I am attracted to Jango Fett; maybe he was cool after all.

If I am not mistaken, the price was RM69.90? (A hefty sum of money for a school boy who only receives RM2 for pocket money)

At the same time, I got the intention of getting Darth Sidious but unfortunately my friend reminded me that we came here by bicycles!

Sadly, I have to settle for Darth Sidious for another day.

Sorrowfully, all of the Star Wars merchandise was sold out on my next trip to Jusco!

As a result, I was forced to stop collecting Star Wars since I can’t find any of them!

My biggest wish: To have a complete set of a Jedi outfit?

My SW passion: Learning Jedi Arts?

I got hook up to Star Wars because of Darth Vader. Funny eh? Most of the ppl like heros but i think SW villians is cooler. I like Jango Fett but not Boba Fett. The SW toys that i have collected so far are Vader 500th figure, Vader (Bespin Duel), ROTS Vader, Vader (repack of ROTS), Anakin damage (ROTS), Anakin (repack of ROTS), supaaa articulated trooper (repack of ROTS), Commander baccara, obi-wan kenobi, and Jango Fett (slave 1 pilot). And also the 1/6 scale vader mask. I wish here at KK will have more SW product. But no toy store bring in any wave. Just depend on luck 2 come across any SW product. But all are 'hangus' price. Oh ya! before i forgot, i got the Target Exclusive Demise of Grevious. That's all my small collection of SW.
