Thing is, sometimes when I'm busy, I have to ask relatives or a friend to get for me when they are shopping. Sometimes they can't really be bothered to check like us hardcore collectors, and might miss some of the defects.
When they hand it to me and I notice something, I cannot blame them because they are just doing me a favor...
BTW, is it true that XL now has a new
"no return" policy, meaning once you've checked it and brought it out of the shop, you can't exchange even if you found a defect at home in one or two days? I heard about it some time ago, but didn't really ask.
I thought this has been their policy long long time ago.. Check at shop for defects, otherwise cannot return.. My mrs once collected HT CA for me and she never checked, at home I discovered the shield's handle
.. But I never called XL for replacement though..
