This was what I made yesterday on the Li-Chun Day, one of a very few days in a year when eggs could really stand alone:

Hi bro Coolmaul. Eggs can stand on their end easily on Li Chun or Lup Chun (立春，春分）- the first day of Spring (Spring Equinox), Chinese Rice Dumpling Festival (端午节, 5th day of the 5th month of Lunar Calendar) and Qiu Fen (秋分）- the first day of Fall (Autumnal Equinox) when night and day is equal on all parts of the earth. The gravitational forces of the sun is aligned with the earth during these times.

But actually you can make them stand at anytime according to theories. :evil:
