Here we go again!! Get ready your Pencil, Brush and Mouse coz is time for you to show us what you think of Uncle Loong. Whether he’s a Toyman, a Rapper or a Spaceman?
Well you show us and we will see his true-self based on you own Creativity and Imagination with the conjunction of
XL-Shop 11th Anniversary Theme.
Things to do:-
Well is simple and straight forward. All you have to do is think of your own Uncle Loong and work it out whether in a standard plain of A4 size paper or perhaps you would like it in Computer graphics media and even in a piece of canvas. Give some wishes to XL 11th anniversary !!
Method of production can be Pencil Sketch, Black & White, Full Color, printed, Fine Art and etc. It can be anything that you wanted to as long as it is based on your own concept of Uncle Loong with

Rules and Regulations
• This competition is open to
Public including our
XL-Shop employees and
Xltoysforum Moderators and Overseas entries.
• You must provide your name, address, age, telephone number and e-mail details together with your drawing to XL-Shop. XL-Shop will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition.
• All your work must not include anything that might possibly cause offense.
• There is
NO LIMIT of submission per person and entries will not be returned.
• All submission can be in hard or soft copy format either CD-ROM or on a A4 paper.
[Should there be any other medium such as Canvas painting; please use this 2 method of submission]
• Results will be announced on
www.xltoysforum.com and via candidate's e-mail address in one month period of time based on the closing date on 20th December 2006.
• The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.
• All Candidates must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize(s). No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
• XL-Shop reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside its control.
• If a winning entrant is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made to do so, XL-Shop reserves the right to either offer the prize to the next best entry, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.
• XL-Shop reserves the right to disqualify any entry, which breaches any of these rules, or to withhold a prize if in its opinion entries does not reach the required standard.

All submission entries meeting the requirements of these Rules & Regulations will be entered into primary evaluation, to be held throughout the submissions period and for approximately one week following the submissions deadline on 20th December 2006
