Beware ~!! A copy cat toy shop is coming soon in da market :angry:

It looks pretty much like XL-Shop :mad:

I hope they will change their color scheme ..... sumpah

If they can copy the shop's interior design, I don't think they can copy XL-Shop toys quantity and good services kua...

Copycats are everywhere. It started with OldTown Coffee. Then, there's Old Friends' Kopitiam, Old Time's Cafe, Uncle Lim's Cafe....and another half dozen of them. They all feature almost the same interior colour scheme. Black, white, brown. Wooden stools, marble top tables. It's hard to stop them. They serve almost the same stuff too, coffee, nasi lemak, toasted breat with kaya....etc etc.

There are many examples of other products being copied with identical colour schemes in the Malaysian market.

It's hard to stop them from copying.
Unless you can trademark your colour scheme for your business.
But so far, no one has been able to do that.
