Hi XL-Shop,

I m very disappointed about your services.Last few weeks ago I went to Time square and had planned to preoder the Mr Bean from Enterbay. I was told to leave name and contact number only. Now i notice that all the preorders for Mr Bean are sold out. Why i m not informed that the preorder is already started? What is the point i leave my contact number? XL-Shop, you are wasting customer times.

Hi,
Where do u get know is sold out? Are you be informed by XL staffs?
As I know the status at web site is not "correct". It might be sold out online, but still available at shop.

Maybe becos of their recent relocation~??

Just wondering... when exactly did you go to ask? And when you went to ask, did the staff tell you that the preorder hasn't start? Cause from what I know, normally when they ask you for just the name and contact number, it means that preorder has already sold out or ended. So they will contact you only if they have extra (e.g. someone cancels his/her preorder).

It's just my guess though. Still it's Uncle to settle this with you.

maybe u shud look into XL @ Ampang...if im not mistaken they still have a box or two there (MAYBE!). Good to ask first before you go. Well things like this can happen, at nobody's intention. Maybe we just take it as a challenge/game we have to go through to get our beloved figure? it adds to the 'fun factor' of toy hunting no?

At first we don't dare to take deposit was bcoz, EB can't confirm the stock yet.
So we take name and contact number nia.

Who told you that Mr.Bean is sold out ? Do you mean Online shop? Online
shop we only allocate for certain quantity, as most of customers order online
but end up they didn't pay at all.

So, we reserve most of the quantity for retail outlet.

Please try call our outlet or other outlet, as i know we still have it for pre-order.

Don't flame here, you could actually p.m me b4 you do so.

- bro, why would u look into Mr Bean only last few weeks ago where XL already had 2nd batch? no follow up meh? everyone knew, bub.

- since when u got the idea that XL provide "informing service" to every customers through phone call about when PO start? or perhaps what actually happen is that u gave ur number so to be contacted when PO start and XL didn't do so..that i understand..but in ur sentence..it doesn't sounds like it...pls lighten up a little here bro.

u'll be the last to grab "the gold" if u only know how to sit there and wait to be informed.

anyway, i'm still sorry for u for not able to get Mr. Bean...yet pls be alert next time. the one who loose out shouldn't be the one who blame others. u should have already knew if u're a true collector.

I'm a BTS XL customer for 3 years liao..... BEST 3 years of service that I have received..... That's why I'm still hanging around..... even though sometimes not enough money to PO shame1
But I've just collected my DX 002! :yeah: (still can action a bit...)
