I notice the packing always kemek one. Very hardly it comes in perfect shape. Always around the corners. If is cheap stuff ok la but can't they put some newspaper or styrofoams in? It's not that cheap and heavy.

Back to the DVD thing. Can ask them to label game instead?

They won't do that, coz it's illegal. The government asked them to do so. Even though I asked the seller before, they also won't.
If you order DVD movie, they will state what you ordered.

My packing still ok when I ordered figure, only kemek 5%.

May I know where did your items ship to? Coz if ship to KL / PG/etc makes a big difference.

I'm a bit confuse, if got detained. It's because of your item price? or
EMS(shipping fee)? Or the total of item price+shipping fee(EMS)?

If you buy DVD or CD from Playasia you can actually request to change the description & mark As A Gift. But depend how fast they open your mail...

I think they look at both Item Price and Item + Shipping price. Theoratically they should not take shipping into account. But oh well that's how businessman thinks eh?

Someone tell us if shipping cost can be taken into account when charging for tax?

Change the description? Do you mean that if I order books, ask them to change it to dvd description also can??? How about changing the value?
