 Post subject: who playing model railway trains?

hi, i wish to learn some knowledge from who playing model railway train, becasue i find its very interesting and also expensive...

it's looks very nice when we can set up our own railway and add some miniature human figure, trees and building around.

any expert here can teach me a bit? share your opinion on brands and maybe pic :D

Actually, I remembered there was a shop in One Utama that sold model trains...... they were expensive though...... most expensive I've seen among the models was around RM12k, and that was just only the engine head.......

That shop was selling models made by LGB (Lehmann Gross Bahn)...... but I don't think the shop is still in business anymore........ this is quite an expensive hobby :S

thank for the reply, uncle loong and psyhun :)

yeah i just visit the the shop- trains and toys (the website uncle loong provided) the other day.

and i plan to get a HO size train (1/87) , the owner said it is the most popular size among all. because it wont take too large of space.

he offer me the starter set of railway train (marklin) for around RM870++
