Long time patrons of XL-Shop will be familiar with our point reward system. The way it works is that you get a free item
when you have accumulated the required points for that particular item.
We have something for everyone in this reward program. Model kits, trading figures, PVCs, Chogokin, even 12 inch figures.
To keep things fresh, we change the rewards every few months. Regular customers will have no problem accumulating a lot of points, especially since we extended the points validity to two years.
However, the more casual customers have always voiced concern that the rewards are not up to their liking, i.e, the items for that period do not interest them.
They are also those whose points expired because they could not find something they like to exchange.
In XL-Shop, we always appreciate customers feedback. We would not be where we are today without your support and your ideas and comments are important to us.
Hence, in lieu of customers feedback, we are updating our reward system to appeal to more people. It's a move that I believe regulars and new customers will like.
Effective immediately, we are replacing our reward program with cash vouchers. Instead of exchanging points for items, you can now exchange points for cash vouchers to get the item that you want instead.
We will have three vouchers with the cash value of RM10, RM20, and RM50 for exchange. The conditions for exchange are as follow,- Twenty points to redeem a RM10 voucher
- Forty points for a RM20 voucher
- Hundred points for a RM50 voucher
To make the transition as smooth and as hassle free as possible, the same basic rules still applies,- One point will be awarded for every RM20 (RM40 for 1/6 scale product) spent in any XL-Shop outlets.
- The card is still valid for two years.
- Points as usual will not be awarded for offer items and during sales period.
Here are the rules and regulations on the usage of the cash voucher,1. This cash voucher is only valid for three month from the date of issue.
2. This voucher is valid at all outlets of XL-Shop.Com.
3. A maximum of three (3) vouchers can be used for each item purchase.
4. This voucher is NOT applicable as pre-order down payment or deposit
5. This voucher is NOT valid for any company promotion and sales item.
6. If the value of the product purchased is lesser than the amount of the voucher, the balance will not be refunded or exchangeable for cash.
7. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
8. Voucher value used will not be given points.
9. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage of this voucher.
10. The company reserves all rights to cancel or make any changes to the terms and conditions without further notice
